Katie Goodrich founded Ivory & Bone Interiors in 2013, bringing a world of inspiration to her design philosophy. Drawing from her extensive travels and family roots in St. Croix, USVI, her work is infused with rich architectural imagery and global influence. Katie seamlessly blends natural, old-world elements such as patina, cane, mahogany, plaster, terracotta, and marble to create timeless spaces.

Katie's design approach is centered on the unexpected and the personal touch. She loves incorporating quirky, endearing elements—like a humorous photo of a family pet in an elegant, sophisticated room. For Katie, a home should have soul and tell a story. She creates calming environments filled with strategic vignettes that highlight personalized moments, ensuring that every piece and material has meaning.

Katie believes that there is a reciprocal and powerful connection between the environments we choose to create in relation to our own happiness. When her team leaves a project, she wants her clients to feel relieved, nurtured, and empowered. A redesign offers a fresh perspective and thus strengthening the heart of a home. Katie finds peace in knowing that each of the products she recommends carries a deeper meaning, promoting joy, cherished memories, self-care and community connection.
