Katie Goodrich, Founder & Principal
Katie Goodrich founded Ivory & Bone Interiors in 2013. With a background in Sales, Katie knew she wanted to work with people but needed to embrace her creative skillset. Her speciality resides in sourcing one-of-a-kind furnishings that are not only attractive but also cohesive, calming, and representative of her client’s style. From a traditional aesthetic to modern, Katie has the ability to design across the entire spectrum while still maintaining the sought-after Ivory & Bone brand.
When Katie isn’t soaking up design and workout magazines, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dogs, and nature.
Jenna Willits, Head of Operations & Finance
As an integral leader on the team, Jenna utilizes her methodized skillset to manage the ‘behind the scenes’ business operations at Ivory & Bone. Jenna Willits’ key objectives are project logistics, financial planning, team building and management.
Jenna’s career has spanned 12 years in the Retail Industry including Financial Planning positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Alexis Bittar, Elie Tahari and Ramy Brook as the Senior Director of Retail Planning. In 2019 after relocating from New York City with her family to a new home in Massachusetts, Jenna consulted as Director of Business Development at La Bonne Maison.
Jenna received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (minoring in both Education and Urban Development & Social Change) and Masters of Public Administration from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
Jenna and her family reside in Needham, MA.
Decia Splaine, Procurement Manager
Decia joined the Ivory and Bone team with 8+ years of interior design experience in the Fall of 2021. Decia has worked throughout the North Shore and is looking forward to continuing to do so, as well as becoming part of the Newburyport community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. Decia brings an organized and thoughtful approach to both the design process and client relations. She is a jack of all trades assisting the Ivory and Bone team with anything from client meetings, installations, trade relations, making lots of lists (and checking them twice), and anything in between!
A few of Decia’s favorite things are spending time with family, summers in Maine, winters in the white mountains, and any reusable / eco friendly product!
Lauren Lietzke, Designer
Lauren was born and raised in Newton, MA but has spent the last 10 years in New York City. She attended NYU for acting and enjoyed a brief stint as a makeup artist before finding her love of interior design. Most recently, Lauren served as the Staging Director for NYC’s most prominent staging company, Interior Marketing Group. She now finds herself back in her hometown of Boston and is thrilled to get to know the North Shore community!
Lauren loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends (and fur babies).
Emma Greco, Designer
Interior design has been a passion of Emma’s ever since she was a little girl. Her mother graduated from Endicott College’s Interior Design program in the late 80s which allowed Emma to be exposed to both the profession and the program from a very young age. Emma received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Architecture in 2021 from Endicott College, following in her mother’s footsteps. Whether it’s residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or even healthcare, Emma has obtained true and meaningful experience in the designing process for spaces in each of these industries.
Emma grew up in Reading, MA, where she still lives today. She loves spending time with family and friends as well as taking advantage of any opportunity she gets to visit new coffee shops!
Ellis Conforti, Designer
Ellis went to The University of New Hampshire where she received her Masters Degree in Education. After 6 years of teaching, Ellis decided to follow her dream and pursue a career in Interior Design. Most recently, she worked for Havenly, creating virtual designs for clients all over the country. Ellis is known for her easy going nature and her stylistic “eye” for all things design.
Ellis loves traveling to new places, expressing her creativity though fashion and art as well as spending time with her family and friends.
